Description
The fully hydraulic system of the F-REX 55 gives the operator a consistently uniform cutting result with minimal maintenance and operating costs. No belt drive and no wear on driving components define the performance of this cutting machine. The cutting angle can be changed between 0° and 8° in just 2 minutes without tools — no tedious blade guard conversion is required to cut at sliding walls or kerbs.
Because every function runs through the hydraulics, everything can be regulated — from blade speed to steering dynamics to machine advance. The F-REX 55 is driven by a hydraulic mobile travel drive producing 1,000 Nm with an integrated hydraulic brake. Thanks to the robust design, the machine cuts with absolute smoothness — no vibration, no oscillation, and a continuous, steady advance.
The newly developed suction automatically adapts to the cutting depth. An integrated vibration device keeps the filter clear to maximise uptime and filter life.
