Description
When maximum flexibility and efficiency are required on site, the HLK joint sealing boiler system is the solution of choice. Its modular construction optimally supports every workflow — from compact stationary units to large self-propelled systems. Quality, ease of maintenance, safety and user-friendliness are the defining characteristics of these joint sealing boilers.
The system is available from 90 L to 700 L nominal boiler volume, offering stepless temperature control between 0 °C and 250 °C. Two heating methods are available: propane gas burner (up to 150 L) or Riello oil burner (from 230 L), compatible with diesel, heating oil, HVO or eFuels. A double-walled boiler with air circulation ensures fast melting times. The hydraulically driven vertical agitator mixes material evenly throughout the shift.
All configurations ship TÜV-approved and road-registered-ready, with full documentation for recurring inspections (DGUV 101-003, DGUV 110-010) and gas checks.
