HRF-L

Self-propelled hydraulic crack and joint milling machine — carbide tooling, 0–50 mm cutting depth, up to 120 mm wide

Description

The Hydraulic Crack Milling Machine HRF-L enables effortless and efficient milling cuts in asphalt — for crack damage repair, connection joint preparation, and joint sealing refurbishment. Practical specification and simple handling make it a dependable machine on any site.

Unlike fast-spinning diamond blades, the slow-turning carbide tooling creates a rough joint flank. This rough surface guarantees excellent mechanical interlocking between the poured sealant and the existing asphalt surface — a decisive advantage for long-lasting repairs.

The fully hydraulic drive and steering give the operator complete, stepless control over cutting depth and travel speed. The three-point undercarriage ensures a stable, vibration-free cut even in difficult conditions.
