Application instructions

Mixing

Mix all reaction powder into the mineral mixture first, then stir in 2 l of water (use 3 l if ambient temperature is above 25 °C). Shake the bitumen emulsion before adding it completely to the wetted mineral mix; mix until uniformly brown — maximum 2 minutes.

Application

Working time is 5–15 minutes depending on temperature. Fill the prepared area and smooth with low pressure and a slight crown using a trowel or shovel. Layer thickness: 0.5–2 cm for the 0/3 mix and 1–3 cm for the 0/5 mix. Open to traffic after approximately 20–30 minutes.

Requirements to the subsoil

Substrate must be clean, stable, and free from oil and grease; remove loose material. The substrate may be damp but remove standing water. In hot weather, moistening the subsoil is recommended.
