Application instructions

Application

NILA®- Plast PRO 2.0-3.0 (Type I) is applicable at temperatures from 180 to 210 °C in a layer thickness of 3 mm, screwed or extruded, or inlaid in a layer thickness of 3/5 or 6/8 mm. During application 350 g/m² drop-on material WEISSKER DUOLUX® 125 AH 1 (425–850 µm) 3:1 must be dropped on to the thermoplastic immediately to reach the required night-time visibility. The road surface must be dry, clean, free of dust and oil. In spring and autumn the relative humidity of the air (dew point) must be considered. If the minimum temperature is below +5 °C, the road surface must be warmed before application.
