Application instructions

Application

NILA®- Spray SpK 2.0 is applicable at temperatures from 200 to 220 °C in a layer thickness of 1.5 mm, hot sprayed, screwed or extruded. During application 450 g/m² drop-on material WEISSKER DUOLUX® 121 AH 1 (125–1180 µm) 3:1 must be dropped on to the thermoplastic immediately to reach the required night-time visibility. The road surface must be dry, clean, free of dust and oil. In spring and autumn the relative humidity of the air (dew point) must be considered. If the minimum temperature is below +5 °C, the road surface must be warmed before application.
